• Personalized Contact: Once we receive your quote request, your local Go Mini's team member will connect with you or your designated contact within one hour to begin our journey together.
• Streamlined Agreements: Before we start any service, we'll secure a signed rental agreement from you or your representative, ensuring clarity and commitment on both sides.
• Transparent Billing: You'll receive an invoice directly from us, detailed with all necessary information, including your company name—even if your job falls outside our Corporate program.
• Flexible Storage Solutions: Whether you need your Mini stored on-site or prefer them securely kept at our facility, we offer both options to best suit your needs.
• Accessible Storage: If your Mini is stored at our location, you can access it Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, across all time zones. Just give us a heads-up three days before your intended visit. Please note, this service is paused on select holidays, which we'll communicate in advance.
• On-Demand Movements: Need your container picked up, delivered, or moved? Just let us know seven days before the required service date. This helps us ensure everything is in place for a smooth transition. This service also observes the same holiday schedule.
